  All India Customer Care for drivers and insurance holders who need any form of assistance on the road when they face difficulties, along with providing them with total solutions for any vehicular emergency from simple breakdowns to accidents.
  
• Lock and key replacement cover
  In the event of irrecoverable loss of keys or a security risk arising out of an incident of lost keys of the insured vehicle, cost of new locks or replacement of keys will be indemnified.
  
• Accident Shield
  Compensation for total permanent disability or death of occupants that are traveling in an insured car which may arise of out of bodily injury due to an accident of that car.
  
• Consumable Expenses
  Cost of consumables such as engine oil, Gear box oil, Power steering oil, coolant, AC gas oil, Brake oil, etc. that may incur while replacing/replenishing damaged parts e.g. of an insured vehicle would be covered as and when required.
  
• Conveyance benefit
  If the insured car is in a workshop following an accidental damage is accepted, the insured would get a per day cash benefit as per plan opted by the insured.
  
• Personal baggage
  

  Insured is indemnified in case of a loss or damage to their personal baggage kept in their insured vehicle - damage caused by the perils covered in the policy.
